Dr. Cindy Gordon is a globally recognized thought leader in AI and digital transformation. With a background spanning financial services, telecommunications, professional services, and high tech, she has held senior executive roles at Accenture, Citicorp, Xerox, and XDLI (venture capital), and led major transformation programs for many global organizations both for profit, and not-for-profit.

A serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Cindy has supported companies like Eloqua (acquired for $1.2B) and advises leading AI firms including Emotional Cloud and KAJI. She is a certified board director (ICD.D) with a strong focus on responsible AI and ethical governance, and serves on multiple global AI advisory boards.

Cindy is the recipient of over 20 international innovation and leadership awards, holds doctorates in complexity science and applied AI, and is a passionate educator teaching AI strategy and digital transformation at the United States AI Institute (USAII).
