Dr. A. Kevin Francis, D. Comm, LL.D is founder & Chairman of the Values Based Leadership Group, a management consulting firm in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. He is an Independent Contractor/Management Consultant with The Training Associates Corporation, Boston, Mass, USA.
Prior leadership roles include: Chief Executive Officer/ Director/Investor of Centerbeam Inc.in San Jose, California, a managed cloud services outsourcing firm delivering services in 49 countries (acquired in 2013 by Earthlink Inc); Chief Executive Officer/ Director/Investor of Accelio Corporation, an Ottawa-based leading global provider of web-enabled business process solutions (acquired in 2002 by Adobe Systems); and a 28-year career with Xerox retiring in 2000 as Chairman, President and CEO of Xerox Canada, a $1.6B organization.

Ian Locke, SalesChoice Board Advisor
Ian Locke has more than twenty years of experience in the global high technology industry, including international sales and marketing expertise. Ian is a Venture Partner with The Entrepreneur’s Fund IV, in San Mateo, CA.
Ian was Managing Director with Jefferson Partners, a Venture Capital firm and is a co-founder of Jefferson Fund IV (2001-2009). Ian served as interim CEO at Avotus Corporation(Enterprise Expense Management) and Borderware (Messaging Security), Jefferson Fund IV portfolio companies.
Ian has a unique perspective in the Canadian technology industry as a result of his experience in Silicon Valley. In particular, Ian has been able to use his international network with Canadian companies to help them develop and prosper.
Prior to joining Jefferson Partners, Ian was based in Silicon Valley in senior management positions with Netscape Corporation and Oracle Corporation. In January 2000, Ian returned to Toronto to become President and Chief Operating Officer of The docSpace Company which was sold to Critical Path (NASDAQ:CPTH) for US $568 million.
At Netscape Corporation, headquartered in Mountain View, CA, Ian served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Alliances and Marketing, and Vice President North American Alliances. During his tenure in Mountain View, Netscape’s sales grew from $40 million to over $500 million annually. Ian also played a key role in the integration of Netscape into America Online, Inc. with the resulting SUN-Netscape Alliance following the acquisition of Netscape by American Online Inc. Ian began his career at NCR Corporation in sales and sales management roles.
Ian has served on the Boards of Attensity Corporation (acquired by Aeris Capital), Avotus Corporation, Borderware (acquired by Watchguard), Accept Software (acquired by Artemis) and Storage Appliance Corporation. Ian has made personal investments into Istante Software (acquired by Oracle Corp), Webify (acquired by IBM) and Soasta Inc.
Ian holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University.
Joe Deklic, Head of Strategic Account & Federal Sales at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd
A proven sales leader, Joe Deklic, has held several leadership roles at various leading organizations. He has previously been the Vice President of Cisco Canada where he led the Strategic Investments Group in cultivating transformational business engagements. Prior to this, Joe spent eight years with NCR Canada Ltd., where he held several senior financial roles.
Joe has also been involved in groups that support humanitarians and their causes worldwide such as Unum International Emissaries. He was on the inaugural board of the Canadian Aboriginal & Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC), where acting as Cisco’s representative, he helped to have the NMSDC vision of supplier diversity into Canada. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Science Centre.
Joe holds an HBA in Economics from York University.

Dan Kagan, Managing Director, Canada – DocuSign
Dan has been leading sales organization in the technology sector for more than 18 years. Dan has held leadership positions at Actuate, Salesforce.com, Replicon, and most recently DocuSign, where he built and managed sales organizations ranging from mid-market business customers to Enterprise wide accounts.
Dan has received many Awards for his accomplishments and donates spare time to assisting start up companies navigate their first steps to market. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Ryerson University.
Garry Wood, Founder and CEO – Fixt Wireless Repair
Garry is Past President and CEO of Worldlynx Wireless, President of Grand & Toy, President of Bell Distribution at Bell Canada and Vice President of Retail- Rogers Wireless. Mr. Wood is also a Co-founder and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Worldlynx Wireless, Bell Canada’s largest and only Dealer operating under the “Bell”, “Virgin” and “Bell Aliant” banners.
He is one of the most experienced Canadian retail distribution executives in Canada bringing with him the most extensive expertise within the wireless telecom retail sector. In 2009, Mr. Wood was President of the Worldlynx team that won “Deal Maker of the Year” for the successful capital raise of $120 million and acquisition of 12 companies.
William Bill Green, Chief Commercial Officer at Prolifiq
Bill is the Chief Commercial Officer of Prolifiq. Bill is responsible for leading the global commercialization initiatives of Prolifiq including sales, alliances, and marketing to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
Bill has more than 20 years of progressive experience in technology solution selling, sales leadership and global management. Bill joined Prolifiq from Salesforce where he held various sales and sales leadership roles in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice area. Prior to that Bill was President of Enterprise Sales at CDC Software and has extensive experience with sales and marketing leadership in enterprise software across many verticals.
Bill graduated from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Matthew Stoyka – Founder & Chief Executive Officer RelationEdge
Matthew is a Board Advisor of Saleschoice, and also his company is also a Strategic Alliance Partner of Saleschoice. He has over 20 years of experience helping to grow businesses in both the technology services and manufacturing industries.
Prior to founding RelationEdge, Matthew was the Chief Revenue Officer and Business Architect at a business strategy and technology consulting firm focused on the Salesforce.com platform. Matthew also spent more than 10 years in executive leadership roles with Centerbeam and its predecessor firm where he led sales, professional services and technical operations teams. Prior to that, Matthew led global manufacturing projects across Europe and North America for Ford Motor Company.
Matthew received his bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University (formally General Motors Institute) and his master’s degree in International Business from the University of San Diego. Matthew is also a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County.
